Dogs, swimming, accessibility, picnics… answers to the questions we're asked most often.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are welcome in the park. We simply ask you to keep them on a lead throughout your visit, for everyone's comfort.

Can we swim in the river?

No, swimming is not allowed. The riverside beach is open to visitors, though — a lovely spot to relax by the water.

Is the park accessible to visitors with reduced mobility?

Yes, for the most part: the reception building and toilets are accessible, along with around 80% of the park. To plan your visit, feel free to call us on 05 61 60 52 11.

Can we have a picnic on site?

Yes, plenty of picnic tables await you at the heart of the park. A bar also serves drinks and snacks.

Can we pay by card?

Yes, card payments are accepted. Full pricing details are on the Prices page.

Do we need to book for the restaurant?

Booking is recommended, ideally 24 hours ahead. The Citronnelle restaurant serves lunch only: see its opening days and times.

Can we visit as a group?

Yes, groups are welcome by booking, with guided visits available. Contact us to organise your visit.
